A full time Bar and Waiting position has arisen at a prestigous Hotel in Christchurch, Dorset. Currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment, and having added a restaurant with a top celebrity chef backing it, they are now looking for experienced bar and waiting staff up to chef de rang level to join their team. The succesful applicant would be working a 40 hour week over 5 days and would be required to do some split shifts. Uniform is supplied and there may be an opportunity for a live-in position.

The succesful applicant will be running a very busy kitchen with a brigade of approximately 10 staff serving a 160 cover restaurant. The food is american style diner with specials. A hands on style is required with good kitchen management skills. This position is not for the faint hearted. Salary starts at £30k with prp bonus included.
